I welcome you to my website, my name is Filimonova Anastasia, and here you will find information about me and about my practices that I conduct.

My path was back in school, when I firmly decided to become a psychologist and understand the worlds of other people. I was so sure of nothing as of this choice. This confidence led me to Lomonosov Moscow State University at the Faculty of Clinical Psychology. After which there were many more training programs, seminars and certificates; you can read my entire professional journey in the About me section.

In 2015, I moved to Greece and this opened up for me a new vector of movement and knowledge of the world and my spirituality. Through the power of nature, Ancient places and people around, I got to know myself and my strength. This is where my spiritual journey to meet my Soul began. I think this path is endless, but now I can share my knowledge and guide you to get to know yourself.
